This filter fits the Devilbiss Pulmo-Aide model numbers 5650D, 4650D, and 3650D nebulizer systems. The air filter should be replaced every 6 months or when it appears dirty. It is a white felt cylinder about 3/4" in diameter and 1" tall. Each pack comes with 5 filters.

Does the job!

These filters fit perfectly in my older nebulizer model-- and boy were they needed! I hadn't checked the filter in years - let's just say the one I replaced was a noticeably darker color than the new ones I received (promptly!) from Just Nebulizers.
