If one or more of the items you purchased requires a prescription, please send us the documentation as soon as possible. We offer several ways for you to send your prescription.

Upload
You'll need a scanned copy of your prescription (mobile users may also take a picture of the prescription and upload the image).
We accept jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif, png, pdf, and tiff files under 5 megabytes.
- Click the 'Browse' or 'Choose File' button.
- Browse through your files to find your prescription, then double click it.
- Click the 'Upload' button.
- The file may take a minute to transfer to our system. A message will then appear to confirm we've received your prescription.
