How to Upload Your Prescription
You'll need a scanned copy of your prescription. We accept jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif, png, pdf, and tiff files under 5 megabytes (5120 kilobytes).
- Enter your name and email into our form.
- Click the "Browse" or "Choose File" button.
- Browse through your files to find your prescription, then double click it.
- Optionally, enter your order number.
- Click the "Upload File" button.
- The file may take a minute to transfer to our system. A message will then appear to confirm we've received your prescription.
Prefer to have your doctor fax it?
