FAQs during the Coronavirus Pandemic

Are you still shipping?

Yes. We are located in Howard County Maryland, which has declared that non-essential personal should work from home. We are still taking orders and have a minimal staff on site to ship orders (they are considered essential).

Can you still take my call?


Yes. Our call center employees, also located in Maryland, are able to fully work from home with no issues. In addition, our systems are set up that we can still view your order and track the status from home.

Why are so many things out of stock?


With the onset of the declared pandemic, we have had a huge influx of orders. We are constantly monitoring our stock and are in touch with our manufacturers trying to get supplies in. We still have plenty of compressors and nebulizer accessories. If there is something you are specifically looking for, please fill out the form below and we can get back to you on the expected availability or a possible replacement. In addition, please be patient with us if something goes out of stock that you ordered. We will suggest possible replacements and/or split the order if you have other items in your order that are in stock.

What precautions are you taking?


We are asking that all employees wash their hands when entering the building. In addition, they are wearing gloves while packing orders. We realize that our customers are some of the most vulnerable and are also asking you to please take precautions. The New England Journal of Medicine found that COVID-19 can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours and plastics for 72 hours.  All items are wrapped in plastic, so we encourage you to take precautions when opening your products. Please immediately dispose of packaging and wash your hands. Remember that a lot more hands came into contact with your package after it has left our facility, so please dispose of the cardboard box that it came in.
