Any defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at DeVilbiss' option if the unit has not been tampered with or used improperly during that period. I was using an opd nebulizer and it was time to replace. I decided to go with a new powerful unit rather than one of the smaller less powerful machines. It works great and gets the job done. Its a little loud, ut not too bad.
