The new NE-U100 was designed for ultimate portability. The device will fit in a handbag or briefcase and because it is battery operated, there is no need to worry about charging. The device runs for 4 hours on just two AA batteries.

The titanium vibrating element, inside the unit, oscillates at a high frequency and therefore pushes the liquid medication through the fine fine holes in the metal alloy mesh. This has many benefits including the ability to use the device at almost any angle, including while lying in bed.

The unit is virtually noiseless and can be used discreetly while on the go. Easy to clean and disinfect. Medication bottle assembly (including mesh and transducer) can be removed and opened for cleaning.

In addition, the NE-U100 can hold up to 10 ml of medication, making it one of the largest medication chambers for a portable unit.

Omron nebulizer NE-U100

I am very happy with this nebulizer. I have had 2 previously. They lasted a long time. I have tried a couple other types but then end up ordering this one. It is the best hand -held I’ve ever tried.

Works great. Fast, quiet, and easy to use.

There are two issues with this nebulizer.
1. The batteries have to be removed to use the AC adapter. The previous version (the U22) could use the AC adapter with the batteries installed.

2. The way it goes together combined with the design of the parts requires careful attention to detail when assembling and disassembling the unit. If you don't pay close attention, it will be very easy to unintentionally break the thin, stiff plastic parts and render the unit unusable. And I'm not sure how quickly replacement parts can be acquired.

Works fast

I was quite skeptical when my doctor said that I needed to get a portable nebulizer. I had a bad experience with one I had purchased a year or so ago. But she gave me the name of this Nebulizer. I am pleasantly Surprised that this nebulizer works quickly and quietly. It does leak fluid a little bit so you have to make sure the seals are in good, but that’s my only complaint.

Takes long to finish meds

This Nebulizer takes twenty minutes to finish my medication. This is twice as long as my last one took for the same meds.
