The Omron Micro Air Electronic Portable Nebulizer (NE-U22V) is the world's smallest nebulizer which utilizes Vibrating Mesh Technology (VMT). This technology nebulizes the medication without compressing air like traditional nebulizers or heating medication like some other ultrasonic nebulizers.

The Omron Micro Air uses a vibrating mesh cap on the top of the medication cup to nebulizer the medicine.
