The Traveler Portable Compressor Nebulizer System is designed to help active customers get more out of their aerosol therapy, and thus more out of life. With this portable nebulizer it's never been easier, or more convenient, to receive treatments outside of the home.

The rechargeable battery, with 45 minutes of life, keeps users fully powered and ready for treatments for 250 full charge/discharge cycles under normal wear and tear. The addition of a battery status light on top of the compressor lets you keep track of your battery status, displaying when it's empty, fully charged or currently recharging with its respective red, green, and orange lights. Be sure to read the included owner's manual for full instructions on battery use.

This set includes two different nebulizers, one disposable and on reusable. The VixOne™ disposable nebulizer can administer treatments at a 45 degree angle, which allows patients to sit back and relax. The VixOne™ disposable nebulizer lasts about 2 weeks. The DeVilbiss 800 Series reusable nebulizer (also included) will last about 6 months. Both the disposable and reusable nebulizer sets feature short treatment times, clocked at approximately 10 minutes each.

It is vital that you regularly replace the specific air filter and nebulizer for this compressor in order to maintain this compressor's peak performance and keep treatments as effective as possible. To view all the filters and other parts/accesories for the Traveler, please click here.

What's in the box: compressor, a VixOne™ disposable nebulizer and a Devilbiss 800 Series reusable nebulizer (6 ml capacity each), adult and child masks, 7' of tubing, 5 replacement filters, home and auto power adapters, optional rechargeable battery, a carrying case, instruction manual, and instructional DVD.

By Geanna from Metamora, IL on 2013-11-06
Pros: Easy to use, Portable, Quiet, Small
    Best Uses: Anywhere
I use this product several times a day and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a small, portable nebulizer that's quite a bit quieter than the tabletop models. I sometimes use it during the night and it doesn't wake everyone else in the house up like the tabletop models sometimes do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  • 5 stars, I would buy this product again & again
By Jim for my wife Joann from Port Jervis, NY on 2013-06-14
The product is excellent. I had one previously but it it stopped working which we figured was from the amount we were using it and previously it fell off the table and was dented so I ordered a replacement without a battery as I have the battery from the other unit. We purchased the first unit to use on vacation and it worked so well that we starting using it all the time 4 times a day 7 days a week. The only problem we had is that we have to place the unit on the bed as when it is left on the table the vibration causes it to move and that's how it fell off the table. It would be great if it had small suction cups on the bottom to stop. Even so It works so well I would replace it again even if it was in 2 to 3 years, which is the time the first on worked..

  • 5 stars, Works better then I thought it would
By Dave from Belfast Maine on 2013-05-28
Pros: Holds A Charge Very Well
    Cons: none
Best Uses: Power Outages And Mobile
I use this product when the power go s out, when I go out some where for more then 4 hrs or on walks in the woods or on the beach. What s really good about this product is how long it keeps it s charge, my unit is over a year old and it holds a charge great. Which allows my mind to relax because I know Ill get my treatments when I need them. Its worth the money to have the freedom from staying around a place that has power.

    • You do not have to have the battery pack in order for the nebulizer to work, but then you are required to have it plugged in, either in the car or an electric outlet. It will work right out of the box without the battery if you choose to purchase the basic set. We sell the battery separately, so if you get the nebulizer without the battery and then decide you really want the portability of cord free breathing treatments, you can purchase the battery separately.
