  • How long does it take to charge the battery? How long will it hold the charge when not in use?
  • It may take 4 to 12 hours to fully charge the battery and 3 charge/discharge cycles to get the battery to perform at it's maximum capacity. Once charged the power should last for approximately 45-60 minutes of performance. The exact length of time the battery will holds it's charge will vary depending on how often it is used and how long each treatment is.

    Is there something I can do to save this battery and not have to purchase a new one?
  • The Traveler's battery has a one year warranty. In this circumstance, we would recommend purchasing a new battery.
