The Power Neb Ultra Nebulizer from Drive Medical is an incredibly lightweight nebulizer system that only weighs 3.2 pounds. This economical nebulizer compressor is one of the smallest economical compressors available, making it easy to keep in storage when not in use. And for added convenience, this compressor features a nebulizer dock that allows the nebulizer to attach to the compressor for hands free use (see picture). This nebulizer compressor delivers a consistent particle size of less than 5 microns.

This compressor is powered through a traditional wall outlet. The nebulizer included with this compressor is a disposable nebulizer kit. Because it is disposable, the included neb kit must be replaced after 2 weeks of use – the effectiveness of treatments decreases when used after 2 weeks. Also, the nebulizer filters this compressor uses must be replaced every 30 days. So be sure to add a reusable nebulizer set and a pack of 10 filters to your order to ensure you’ll have the most effective treatments for months to come!

  For starters, this was a replacement for my 10yr old nebulizer. I am unemployed with no insurance so the price fit my budget. I love that it is smaller than my old one and that I can attach my the mouthpiece rather than have it tip over when trying to stand it up. It is a little louder than my old one but like I stated it's been 10yrs since I replaced it. The only issue I have is that the tubing keeps popping off either the machine or the mouthpiece. I found that as the machine warms up the tubing softens and hence the pressure flies it off. I am sure I can tweek this with sturdier tubing as this is part of a replaceable kit. In all, I have 3 asthmatics and it is very affordable for them to have their own.
