This silent ultrasonic nebulizer is perfect if you’re on the go! The "mini" size fits perfectly in your hand and weighs less than 8 oz., making it is the smallest, unit from Mabis DMI. Because this unit uses ultrasonic nebulizer technology, you get a great treatment without all the noise associated with other compressor nebulizer systems.
While most treatment times are less 6 minutes, this portable nebulizer system has 3 adjustable speeds that allow you to better control your nebulizer treatment. In case you accidentally turn or leave the machine running, the automatic shut-off feature saves battery power after 10 minutes of non-use. This nebulizer offers 3 choices in delivery - through a nasal piece, mouthpiece, or mask.
To keep this product running at optimum performance, you must regularly replace its air filter – so consider adding a pack of 10 to your order to keep this product running smoothly for months!
What's in the box: ultrasonic nebulizer, medication cups (7.5 ml capacity), mouthpiece, extension tube, connector, nasal piece, adult mask, child mask, nebulizer stand, rechargeable battery pack, car and home powering adapters, tote bag, and a detailed guidebook in English and Spanish.

4 stars, So far, so good.
By Queen of the mist from Bethesda, MD on 2012-09-03
Pros: Comes With Attachments, Does the job, Built Solidly, Delivers Ultrasonic Mist
Cons: Not As Small As Others, Mouth Piece At Odd Angle, Small Amount Med Left, Hard Plastic Mouth Piece
Best Uses: Decent Pricing, Comes With Attachments, Nice Carry Bag, No Fussy Mesh Screens, Need A Reliable Product
I have chronic issues that require the use of 3 neb meds 4 x day, been doing this for years...needless to say, i know my nebulizers. My favorite is still the aeroneb go, but they only last me about 4 months before the brass pin becomes loose. This neb is OK, not quite as portable (larger size) but a good price for what seems to be a solidly built machine. My main complaint is that the mouth piece is hard plastic and its angle feels "hard" on the teeth; that being said, it's a great price because it comes with all accessories such as 12v attachment and recharge battery. It has a separate chamber to fill with a few ounces of water and its easy to clean, like I said just a bit larger than the other super small popular machines, but of course better than the big compressors. I've been using if for about one month and so far, no complaints other than would like a more "cushy" mouthpiece. It does leave a tiny bit of liquid in the cup like the compressors do. I'd say it's worth the price and most importantly seems like it will hold up for awhile. My health insurance only pays for big compressors (theirs) so a portable and reliable neb is very important to me.

5 stars, Excellent Choice
By Mark90009 from Valley Ranch - Irving Texas on 2012-06-02
Pros: Nice Case, Comes complete, Quiet, Car adapter
Cons: Buy an extra battery
Best Uses: Travel, Home, Work
This unit is so quiet and delivers a very fine mist and you can adjust the settings to High, Med. Low. The carrying case works well and this unit comes with everything including a car adapter (very handy on a long trip). I feel comfortable with the unit and it performs well for my everyday needs. The other nebulizer I have is plug in Omron and works well for those emergency times since it blasts medication (faster). But this unit works very well.

4 stars, Works quietly and well.
By Roy from Wichita, Ks on 2012-04-05
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Short battery life
Best Uses: Travel
Works great but shuts off after 10 minutes which isn't enough for a full 7 ml charge. Battery runs down before it's through nebulizing. Works ok using external power.
