  I've only had this product for a few months now, but I have to say it's awesome so far. This nebulizer is used daily on my daughter that has asthma & pulmonary hypertension. We've had two different nebulizer's in the past, and this is by far the fastest. It's easy to use, and has a very nice storage compartment. To clean: Disconnect nebulizer tubing from compressor. Do not get compressor wet. Gently twist and pull up on the cover of the nebulizer and open to separate all nebulizer parts. Wash all nebulizer parts in warm water and a mild detergent. Nebulizer set is dishwasher safe but accessories are not. to disinfect, submerge all parts in vinegar/distilled water solution for 30 minutes. Rinse and let air dry. Nebulizer set should be replaced every 6 months.

It is important to change the air filter approximately every 30 days or when the air filter turns gray. Only use CompMist air filters. Filters can not be cleaned or washed.
