  We bought this for our home to replace our very old one. This compressor is much more compact but almost as loud as old one. I would travel with it if I needed to, but we also bought a respironics.   • Inspiration 626 is not duel voltage. You would need a converter and an adapter to use this nebulizer in Europe. I suggest looking at the Pari Trek S, Omron C30, and The Traveler as they all have duel voltage and do not need to be used with an adapter.
